*Important Instructions:*
1. *Before Payment:* We ask our valued customers to carefully review the product description and how to use it. If you have any inquiries, you can contact us via WhatsApp or direct messages on Instagram and Snapchat, as there are no refunds or exchanges for products after receiving them. We would like to draw customers' attention that results vary depending on each individual's response, and this is a well-known fact in all medical and cosmetic products.
2. *Information Confirmation:* When entering the store link, please ensure that the registered phone number and address are correct, as we cannot modify them after purchase. The order will be shipped to the announced number and address only, and we are not responsible for errors resulting from entering incorrect information.
3. *Shipping Confirmation:* Upon shipment, a text message will be sent to the registered phone number to confirm the shipping process, along with the tracking number. The store is not responsible for any negligence in not receiving shipments, nor for the choice of the pickup method by the shipping company (pick-up from the branch or home delivery).
4. *Return Shipment Policy:* If you do not receive the order and return it to us, there is no refund, and you will have to pay the shipping cost again to issue a new policy. For assistance, please contact customer service.
*Order Cancellation:*
1. *Cancel the order before shipping:* If you wish to cancel the order and the order status is under review (i.e., before the product is shipped), please contact customer service and provide them with the following information:
– Full name used in the order
– Order number
– Mobile number used in the order
2. *Cancel the order after shipping:* If the order status is (Executed) and you request cancellation after the shipping policy is printed, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund process, especially for payments by Visa card, may take longer, depending on the bank. The process is completed electronically, and our responsibility ends when the return process is completed.
3. *Shipped Orders:* If the product has been shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order.
*Modifications and Additions:*
1. *Modifications Before Shipping:* If the order status is under review and you would like to make any modifications or additions, you can contact customer service via WhatsApp and inform them of the required modifications.
2. *Modifications After Shipping:* If the order has been processed (the shipping invoice has been printed or the order has been shipped), no modifications or additions can be made to the order.
*Exchanges:*
The product can be exchanged if it arrives damaged or if a different product is received than the one ordered, provided that the product packaging or carton has not been opened, within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order. We apologize for accepting any requests to exchange the product if the packaging has been opened or after 48 hours of receiving it.
*Exchange Method:*
We will issue a return policy for you and send it in PDF format. You must then visit the nearest Aramex branch to submit the product and return policy. After the product arrives at the store, it will be exchanged and shipped again. This process must be completed within 48 hours, otherwise we apologize for not being able to accept an exchange.
*Shipping:*
– *Domestic shipping within the Sultanate of Oman:* takes 3 to 6 business days, starting from the date the order status changes to "Shipped." In the case of special offers, shipping may take up to 14 days.
– *International shipping:* takes 7 to 15 days.
